SKIP TRACING
We offer the best, most effective skip tracing service available anywhere. We utilize state of the art data bases, enabling us to have a 98.7% hit ratio, for finding individuals. When we receive a corporate claim, we immediately ascertain the home addresses of the owners and officers and make demands there as well. This both accelerates and increases the recovery of your claim.
SECURITY FOR CLIENT
Established in 1974. We maintain a Client Escrow Account, are Bonded and, have been D & B rated BA1 since 1974
REPORTS, REMITTANCES & RECOVERIES
Monthly, personally written status reports for each open claim.
Annually, a statistical analysis of each client’s placement history.
Monthly remittances from our Bonded Escrow Account.
Documented recovery rates in excess of 80%.
INSOLVENCY
Our exclusive Insolvency Department represents clients on Creditor Committees for major bankruptcies, at 341 meetings, and on Creditor Committees for Out-of-Court Composition Agreement work-outs. CCC has served as Trustee in Bankruptcy, Assignee for the Benefit of Creditors, and Secretary to Creditor Committees on numerous occasions. CCC sponsors and participates in seminars for credit groups, to help the credit community expand its knowledge and expertise.
